Disconnected after Clicking Server? - RunUO

Ok, recently I made my own server. Well after restarting it once, I noticed a weird IP at the bottom after my 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.0.101. It was 4.0.1.0 After this popped up I tried getting onto my server and my client would freeze after I click the server in the Server List of the game. Anyone know anything about this? I tried doing a fresh server install and got the same exact thing!

*After letting it sit for about 2 minutes after it freezes, it gives me the error. "The client could not attach to the game server. It must have been taking down..blah blah blah"

127.0.0.1 is your machoine - it is reserved for that purpose - it always referes back to the macine it is ran from

the 198 one is the one assigned by your router to your machine

the 4. one is the one assigned to your router i assume
and if you do not have the port forwarding set in their correctly - will not be able to connect to it that way, nor will any one else

so try using the 127 one or the 198 one to connect to it

and also get your router configured properly
