5.0.8.2 patch42 problem - RunUO

when the client update 5.0.8.2 in osi, useing 3D client login Runuo server.
the client was can't to show magic effect image, mean if you use heal magic you can't see any effect to show, and you can hear the sound effect.

i have test it in osi server, it not problem, anyone know how to fixed it.
and i know is problem only appear in 5.0.6.x after on 3Dclient.
