i tired downloading runuo 2.0 but my computer freezes everytime i try to download it can someone tel me whats wrong?

i have internet explorer 7
my comp is not even 2 months old
Amd Athlon (tm) 64 processer
3400+
2.19GHz, 1g of ram
and 106 GB of free space
