ok, im totally noob,
i have been searching the forum for "monster respawn" ive been a full day trying to work out how it works, what programs do i need to set up monster respawns? (automatically so i dont have to set my own up) im just really confused, can someone explain step-by-step or just really simply please? all the past posts confused me, sorry. 'Chris |

You need to use spawners. There are a couple different kinds. The ones that come with the server distro files are ok, but most prefer the xmlspawner system. If I were you, I would download and install that system before trying to learn how to use the distro spawners. Here is the link:
[RunUO 2.0 RC1] XmlSpawner2 If you want to add a spawner, type [add spawner If you want to add an xmlspawner, install the system and type [add xmlspawner You should also look up Nerun's distro as it helps you to spawn an entire world with the use of just a single command. hmm... extracted the xml into the scripts\custom folder
went to compile and... Scripts: Compiling C# scripts...failed (1 errors, 0 warnings) Errors: + Custom/XmlSpawner2.cs: CS0029: Line 9611: Cannot implicitly convert type 'System.Collections.ArrayL ist' to 'System.Collections.Generic.List<Server.Tile>' Scripts: One or more scripts failed to compile or no script files were found. - Press return to exit, or R to try again. |
