Exclamation Rather Confusing Problem Please Help Me

Ok I had a shard and all the custom scripts and was developing the shard to be released once I felt it was ready. I discovered that due to a conflict I had to have my computer reformatted. So I saved all of my shard information onto a Memory Stick.

Now comes the confusing part:

After having my computer reformatted I installed Ulimta Online and ConnectUO and then took my shard from my memory stick and put it on my computer. But now whenever I try to run the RunUO server it says there has been an error and the program failed to initialise successfully. I tried downloading RunUO 2.0 again, I extracted it etc and it stil gave me the same message. I also tried the same with RunUO 1.0.

What can I do? I dont mind if I have to start developing my shard again but please help me so I can at least have a shard to work on.

Many thanks,
Vouran.

its .net framework you can get it from microsofts website.

SDKs, Redistributables & Service Packs

i cant remember if you need .net framework 1.1 for a runuo1.0 shard but this is the one i use for my runuo2.0 rc1 shard.

hope it helps

Actually it would be best to install both .net 1.1 and 2.0. They coexist nicely and applications written for .net 1.1 will not work if you have only 2.0 installed. Even just among UO-related stuff you'll find a lot of apps using either version. (e.g. RunUO 1.0, Razor, original version of Pandora's Box all still run under .net 1.1)
