I opened 2 servers from my host machine.But the ıp adresses are exactly same.When somebody enters our ip nothing happens and nobody can connect.What changes needed ?

I want that when somebody connects to the ip Serverlist looks like that :

UoTurkey UO Shard
UoTurkey PVP Shard

And after this they choose one of them and enter the choosen server.

Having the same IP address should work (theoretically) as long as the ports are set to be different in the serverlists. More than likely, the reason that you are not seeing anybody hit your server is that you may not have your router set up correctly for port forwarding. Read the port fowarding section in your router's user manual to see how it is done. You'll need at least two different fowardings. One for each port number matching the servers.
