Can somone help me out here.

I want to make my server Felucea only.How do i do that

Also how do i edit the skill and stat gain i want it about 3x faster than normal

look in the stickies in server support and script support - and do a search also for these in there - this has been answered many times, and as i also said - there is a sticky that tells how to set the different caps and other common things most asked
