Default Arya's Battle Chess 1.0

I'm still running on 1.0 and have had Arya's Battle Chess in for a long time
Every once in a while when 2 players are using it the server will crash. Just wondering if anyone would know the cause of this.
This is the crash report:

   at Arya.Chess.ChessGame.AcceptGame(Mobile guest)
   at Arya.Chess.StartGameGump.OnResponse(NetState sender, RelayInfo info)
   at Server.Network.PacketHandlers.DisplayGumpResponse(NetState state, PacketReader pvSrc)
   at Server.Network.MessagePump.HandleReceive(NetState ns)
   at Server.Network.MessagePump.Slice()
   at Server.Core.Main(String[] args)

just taking a shot in the dark here... but i am thinking it has something to do with :

without looking at the script... Saying there is a bad null reference in those scripts maybe...

Thanks for your response! I have heard of this happening to others who have this script in. With talking to the 2 players it seems as though one was opening a Travel Book when the other sent a invite for the game. But I'm not quite sure how to fix this so server would not crash
