Default yet another connection problem with 2.0

i have searched these forums for days now and i cant find an answer to this problem i have tried all the suggestions in all the different threads and then ya see where someone says they fixed it but they never say how.

Before i opened the ports for others to be able to play on my shard everything weorked fine any computer on the home network could log in with no problems. Now that i have forwarded the port so that other peopele could log into the shard the only computer on the homenetwork that can log into the shard is the one the shard is being run on. I know the ports are forwarded correctly and everything and i know my serverlist is set up right.

When ya try to log in on another machine on the network in the console ya can see where the computer logs in and then is disconnected when ya choose the shard to go into the character list. on the machine attempting to log in you get a message that says "could not connect to server. It must have been taken down. Please try again in a few minutes."

I have tried using connect uo. uo gateway, and also tried logging in with razor. If i close the port on the router configuration there is no problem with netowrked computers but open the port and none of the network computers can log in.

Does anyone have any ideas on this one??
