Magery spells doing no damage??(svn187 2.0) - RunUO

The shard doesnt crash or anything, but whenever monsters cast on players or players cast on monsters, (or themselves) no damage is done and or taken?? What could possibly be the problem here?? Also all the positive spells work like bless, healing, cure, Arch Cure etc. and the Curse, Paralyze, Poison work???? The other spells beyond that can be casted but no damage is given or taken?? I use svn 187. I also didnt modd the spells stuff just use the stock magery/spellweaving spells that came with svn. Any insight is appreciated. TY
