Server Specs - RunUO

How do you guys think the following server specs would do with a RUO server?

Dual P3 1.2 Ghz Processors
RAM :4 gig
2x120gig hd

ram and hard drive are great

the dual 1.3 cpu's
p3 1.3 might be a little slow
for a test server actualy could do fine, unless you get a lot of custom scripts, then might error out during their compiling
for for a production shard, may or may not have problems, but i think it would cap out pretty quick

also being pentium based, need to run the svn's - because of a glitch in rc1 that would cap out the cpu on a pentium based system
