help with getting casino on my shard

this is the error i get and a friend of mine says he has same thing and dont have the error can anyone help me please..............

In the thread for this it refers to Arte Gordons XmlSpawner and if you don't have it you have to do someting specific. I dont remember as I have XMLSpawner installed. (Maybe read the instructions again)
