Can someone help me with how to set up fc/fcr and aid spamming etc - RunUO

I have been trying to figure out how to do the custom fc/fcr and aid spamming and dmg increase swing speed increased, etc and all them on my shard but haven't gotten anywhere with it so if someone could help me with setting that stuff up it would be great!

i dont know about the healing timer but to set your own cast rate, go here
