That's part of an event going on with OSI right now. You can fix it by using an older version of the client static files, or rebuilding it yourself by hand.

I imagine that Magincia might go back to normal when the event is over, unless OSI changes things.

I read somewhere, they plan to make it a ruined city with new stuff there to show off some of the effects that there wonderful KR client features... put the statics back quick
