Getting People to connect - RunUO

So Ive already checked every faq thread about it, and the sticky in this forum.

I'm connecting through a router, which is setup to port forward, and my IP i even set to static, and Ive done every single step short of getting a dns.

So i can connect to my shard fine, but my friend cannot. Like I've said Ive done everything every thread says and still nothing. Only I can connect, no one outside my network can. Help please.

Also I'm running it on a Vista comp with Run UO 1

Did you add an exception to your firewall? (Windows Firewall is enabled by default, found under Control Panel)

not to be rude but its been overlooked before what do u have in your serverlist.cs file and is it reading current ip when u boot it up if its fixits *have seen it reroute outside users to a bad ip.
