How i make my server like War Shard? - RunUO

I wanna make it a WS, but i don't know where i change it.
Its coffigured like a entire server, but i want to make it a ws.
How can i change it?

You'll have to give more information on what makes a shard a "War Shard" such as UO era, casting times, guarded regions, etc. before people can help you configure your shard.
