Default question about patches

lets say you did alot of work in on a older client and then u patch it up to the latest patch all the work you've done like spawning adding any speacial vendors or adding items to w/e would that be lost when ever you updated to the newer version??

if your talking about patching UO....then no. All that kind of information is stored with RunUO.

If your talking about upgrading RunUO version's, then that depends.

If you do the upgrade right, and keep a backup of your save's then your good to go. But with any upgrade, you may have problems with custom scripts from time to time and you will need to address those issue's

well if you have been working on the shard offline and you can log in then all your scripts are ok.. you would have errors even if you didnt connect to the server..
