Inside UO plus Add

I used to do quite a bit of messing around with emulated servers but this was about 4 years ago, I recently have been messing around again. Before I remember being able to use InsideUO to look up different items that I would like to add into the server and just type something like "[Add 0x751" and getting some stairs to place, heck I could even pick them anyway... I am having troubles figuring this out again, if anyone could please tell me how to add items using the InsideUO model # or model hex that would be of alot of help to me atm.

I am also having problems with adding spawns, as I remember I used to have to place any item on the ground, make it invisable, add a min timer a max timer, a min monster count, max monster count, the monster id... If anyone could help with this as well, that would be great...

Any tutorials/sites on this stuff around? Or advanced command listings...
