help with followers - RunUO

my players followers will sometimes stay at like 3 of 5 with no pets out and a staff has to change them back to 0 i have not figured out what is doing it but it is a pain the butt was wondering if anyone else has had they same problem or knows how to fix it or where to check to try and fix it i am using FS ATA tamming system stable stones and pet leashes

my guess would be that there lossing there followers some where. so there still have the count cause they still own the npc they just dont know where

they can put them away and it wont take it from them so im thinking its in the stable stone
