Unblocking run uo.... - RunUO

This is the deal, I have already port forwarded and my friends say they still can't connect to my server,
1 suggested I unblock the run uo and maybe then they will be able to connect. But I've tried and I'm not sure how to do this. Can anyone please send me a guide or make one for me to follow? Please?

Did you edit the ServerList.CS to include your actual IP as shown here?

yes i did i even when to www.ipchicken.com & www.whatsmyip.com
