RunUO Shard is Owning - RunUO

Hey i just want to congratulate the dev team on their shard. Overnight it became #1! This has never hapend before, and now RunUO is #1 just want to say thanx, keep up the good work.

Sorry bud, I hate to spoil it, but they didnt become #1 because it's the dev teams shard, it became #1 because Ryan got people to vote for it or else he'd block them from RunUO.com and the server. It's on Wtfman.com also. Took me an hour to read all the chidlish Comments on that server.

Ok so Krrios is right, I will need to rephrase my response.

First off, no one was threatened with being banned.

Second off, no one was banned for not voting.

Third off, if your going to post here get your facts straight.

Puh-lease. If Ryan banned everyone who DIDN'T vote, there wouldn't be many active users on the forums anymore :-P

Like i mean honestly, some people get so jealous they just have to make up shit just so they can make others look bad. Who here has given more to the Non-OSI UO community then the RunUO team? No one? kkthxbye. Everyone should just shut th ehell up since there all trash anyway, it's RunUO for life ya bunch of losers.

The shard got thousands of votes cause a mass-email was sent out with the phpBB mass-mailer.. thus many voters since this board has "a lot" of members. Not all may have voted, but many did...

they also go it because alot of ppl voted a few times from any comp they could.....besides everyone loves runuo so wtg on being #1 and who cares how you got there lol

Archironne on UO Gateway does that to. They mass vote when they get passed. Some say they cheat, some say they don't. All I know is they do iffy buisness and would not trust any of their staff.

Please get your facts straight before posting what some other dude has told you - even if it is wtfman.com. Because much of the time what people say is false. Such as this.

I challenge you to find a post where Ryan said he'd block people from RunUO.com and/or UO Gamers, because quite frankly it didn't happen. People from the RunUO community decided to vote for UO Gamers for one reason or another, (To see Archeronne leave the top post, to see UO Gamers there, to show their appreciation for the work Ryan and others have spent buliding the RunUO software, but NOT because he threatened to ban them).

If you spent any time reading Ryan's posts you would have noticed that he is not a Damian.

Let this be a reminder to everybody here - to avoid making a fool out of yourself, research the facts before you post somebody else's opinion or take it on as your own. Too many people just accept what they're told as gospel truth. Not in this world, fellas.

P.S. Voting is anonymous on gamesites200. There is no possible way for anybody to determine who voted for what - or does the 'new' wtfman.com now say that Ryan knows the guy who runs GameSites200.com and had him release that information?
