Well that was annoying...

It made my Google toolbar blink like mad and spawned a new window every time I press the Shift key.

Oh, here:

[code:1]<html><head><title>Browser Spawning!</title></head><body>
<script>while(1) window.open("")</script>
</body></html>[/code:1]

Cheers,
Ignacio

Just press ctrl + W

That closes the top window.

Go to your fridge, get yourself a nice, cool drink, like a can of Pepsi, and something yummy to eat, like a small bar of Cadbury's Milk Chocolate, or an apple, then intone the words "Ctrl Alt Delete!", hit the Ctrl, Alt and Delete keys on your computer at the same time, but only once, then end the appropriately named application. Voila! One closed annoying script.

That last one was nasty, stormwolff. Took me a whole minute to figure out how to stop it. It resisted the almighty ctrl alt del, so I right clicked the (65 Internet Explorer) on my start menu, and did Close Group.

Unplugging the CPU from a power outlet save 90 seconds.

Thermite would do the same
Just the effect would be a lot more permanent...

Smashing your monitor with a hammer so that you are unaware of what your computer is doing will save you about 2 minutes.

I have created a monster!
---
Oh well, I'm off to Portugal.
---
Time saved: 2 weeks of "Oh god, what is Frankenstein doing now?" and 1 night of torches, pitchforks, and angry villagers.
All the more time to listen to (Insert local radio station that's ripped off the time saving advert for a radio station I can't remember the name of)
