Kiwi: A custom 140mb SoundFont my last roomate (IE: Music major at UofA) came up with from literally 100+ different sources. I've tweaked it a bit myself (Bit or reverb, for example) as well.

Don't recall off-hand. It's near the end of one or two towns. It's the Mouse Click sound (I'd forgotten to turn it off prior to recording)

yeah ive done this before but ran into a problem when using them because when the music was supposed to loop in the game it would fuck it all up on me and sound like shit until i left the area or the music would change for some reason.

Ok i got some bad rep for this post only reason i can think of though would be that someone mistook what i meant by ive done this before i didnt mean that when i tried these files from this thread before i meant when i tried to do this myself before i tried to convert the old midis to mp3s and replace the digital music but i couldnt get it to work when i did it it had a problem when looping but if these work then that kicks ass the old music was great i dont know what they were thinking using the u9 music for uo and ive been wanting to replace it so i think ill check these out

Those are nice, thanks! I want to get a good mp3 of the old ultima 4 "Wander" song. I've found variants of it in places but nothing quite like it. I may have to dust off one of the old tracker programs I have and try to recreate it.

Unfortunately, the U4 MIDIs were made using very few instruments and channels, thus even with a good soundfont they tend to be a bit... Dull :-P
