I'm trying to burn a movie... and nero is stuck it seems writing the last part of the disc. W T F. >.<
Will setting priority: HIGH, help at all?

The last disc I tried to burn failed, so I got a different one... this one seems to be getting stuck. The movie was in .avi format when I added it in the "add movie" part of the configuration. & when I watched the movie it played all the way through fine.

DVD Burner: Sony DVD-RW DualLayer
Burn Software: Nero 7
DVD Type: DVD-R
DVD Brand: Memorex

I've burned movies before no problem. *sigh* I'm going to leave for a bit and see if it will finish... I doubt it.

Any Suggestions?

Stop Using Nero. That scrap of software holds the record for going the most downhill in only 2 version numbers. Get TMPEGenc to encode your vobs and imgburn to burn them to disc.

EDI: also, memorex sucks, get some taiyo yudens. theyre rebranded here, but this should help you find the right ones

It did finally complete successfully, but I'm mad that it took so long when the movie size was a lot smaller than the other ones that I have done. I'll try TMPEGenc again and imgburn.

I touch children in C, C++, C#, VB, JAVA, PYTHON and PEARL.
Hoping to speak more languages than program them. Korean and German will hit the list once I speak better Chinese and Spanish (yes sadly my Spanish is poor, even though I speak French ). Then I'll need an 8th, who knows maybe I'll pick your ice country language D: (tbh it'll probably be arabic if I ever get there).
