What is it in a person's personality that would make them seem cool?

The innate ability to be everyone's social bitch in both appearance and spoken word.
I suppose there's a soft spot in everyone's heart for the brutally honest bastard that knows how to talk to "da ladies", but don't quote me on that.

Most likely though it will be the person that helps one move to a new apartment, then throws an awesome housewarming party, and sticks around after to help clean up the mess! That would be a really cool person. ![]()

I'm drunk off one bottle of hard apple cider. Is that cool?

People who aren't cool believe being cool is an unattainable natural born trait.
Yet the coolest of the cool refine their cool in a concious manner. Case in point: Iceberg Slim - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Cool. Last edited by Arkad; 06-10-2008 at 07:37 PM. |

Anyone forcibly held long enough under water filled with ice.
Alternatively, all the people who have broken through the ice at ponds, lakes, etc.

I was hoping for more elaborate responses but o well
Cool people have allot of similar traits like every movement is in slow motion as if it is calibrated and deliberate. They also talk slower and pause allot when they talk. A cool person would be someone unmoved in any social situation. For example you give someone negative criticism and their response is they pause for a second, tilt their head back as if they are looking down on you, wink at you and then move forward leading the conversation. Cool people never spend time reacting to anything. Instead they are proactive constantly leading. You can tell when a person is inside their head 'cause they have this glazed over look on their face almost as if they aren't there and cool people don't spend much time in their head. They are always present. In the now. You can feel their presence when they enter a room and they command attention from others. People who take coolness to an extreme are usually well dress and not afraid to make fashion statements like piercing both ears, wearing pink shirts, have wild hair styles and are unaffected by those who might make fun of them (haters) and they are always at the highest end of the social status of their pear group.
