Looking for a GOOD server to play UO - RunUO

Hello,

I have been searching for a good place to play UO during the day.
I would like a mature player base
I would like a boost to perhaps start (leveling inc speed or area to level some to get you started)
I would mainly be around on wed as the Other game I play is down on wed for maintance.
I just miss the whole atmosphere of UO, the houses, pet breeding, some of the skills even.

I am an honest player who once ran a server for a year but was burned out and left uo.
Even wrote some scripts for uo once upon a time.
I am back and do not want to start Over from square one but would love to be able to come enjoy the game I still miss.

If you have a stable, honest avaiable gm's, populated server (do not want to play alone), then please post a link or pm me one so I can try out your server.

Perhaps this is starbucks but I am hoping those who may remember me from days gone by will show me the respect I have always shown them and just help me to find a server, I miss uo and would like to find a place to play.

Those who flame will flame, those who might help me are the ones I will be watching for.

I have visited many of the voting site listings but they seem to be full of crap,

That is why I came here to the experts the ones who write the scripts, use the scripts and play the game.

I think The Abyss is the best server the world ever known, i'm not an admin there, i'm just a player, it has 300-400 players online, good hardware, good connection even if you're from mars, no lags, 100% awesome!

I'm still playing the current server, but wouldn't mind finding something that would spice it up. I'm looking for some PvP.

Has anyone checked out OSI TestCenter recently? (I don't know if they even have it up at the moment, I don't have an account anymore...) but is it still like it use to be? (Massive Faction Wars?)

My friend Misty Dain AKA Lady Rhia runs Unicorn Haven... I like that one a lot. Also, prplbeast helps 1 or 2 good shards (have to get the names from him though)... Hope that helps some with your search.

Unicorn Heaven a UO Free Shard | Unicorns are our Speciality

This will take you to her site and you can get all the info about the shard from there. It is a good shard. But she is recovering from a hard drive failure and so it is not 100% yet (she had only an old backup but it is coming along).

Ahh I have faith that with the right bit of advertising and the creation of a million accounts I will find the right (good ) server for me..it's out there I just have to want to find it bad enough ..

Ok well I will try to check back again another time.. I have it (old information I think though) on razor and seems I can not yet connect. I wish her the best in recovery and hope it goes smoothly for you and her
