Then you have to go into regions and make that region a guarded zone.

Take a look at how it works in towns as an example.

You can temporarily enable/disable regions using the [ToggleGuarded command (I believe it's somewhere on the admin tab in Pandora). However the region will be reset on the next reboot. If you want to add guards permanently do what Quantos said.

The file is called guardedregions.cs in \scripts\regions.

For Exemple I Want To Make Mt Kendal A Guarded Region But Whem I Do [SetGuarded or [ToggleGuarded It Says: "You are not in a guardable region."

You have to make a region for that area and added it to the guarded region file for that facet.
