house builder rc8, the floors are sinking - RunUO

Ive designed several houses with rc8 and after i save and restart the server, the floors sink below the dirt of the house foundation when i return to them. (in the tool goto foundation level and youll se the dirt i mean) Sometimes a tile or two will still be up above. Tried adjusting the zlevel of the home, flat ground etc... and it still sinks my floors. this happens on script export, and the build command in game. I have also placed items in the house via the housebuilder tool (a bar, tables etc... but 2 others have no deco added)
I have another home i made, i think in rc6 that the floors i placed are always there and donot disappear.

Ok, i went to foundation view and deleted the dirt which is created automatically with each new construction My floors no longer sink below that dirt now because like i said i removed it.
