Default Can I ask a uogateway question here? no answer on uog forums

I don't know if I should be asking this here. If not then delete this post.

I am working on a private runuo shard that uses custom files. (Hues.mul, etc...). I removed the files from the custom files list and relocated the folder that contained them to another spot on my HD. I then restarted uogateway to readd the custom files for that shard. It will not add them, no error messages, they simply will not list. Has anyone run across this issue before? I have uninstalled uog, reinstalled, removed, reinstalled in a different location, nothing changes the outcome. It simply wont allow me to add the files to the custom files list.

os is xp home (yeah xphome sucks)
client is aos 4..o.oq
same issue in uog 1.8 and 1.9

My guess is you should wait till Mr. Fixit gives you a reply on his forums.

Thanks folks but it was an xp issue. XPhome has a nasty habit of not allowing programs access to copy files. Thanks to some help from Mr.Fixit on how to manually enter the files into UOG I finally figured it out. Even logged in as an admin it wouldnt allow the files to move. My xp pro machine I have no trouble with but home has a different way of handling permissions I guess. Anyhow its fixed! Thanks!
