Default DragonSP problem.. Error comes up at 99%

So I made a bmp file from a template.. Nothing complex, just a test map.
Found a guide on how to do this at www.ryandor.com
Followed the guide, running Dragon and all went well.
Ran DragonSP to freeze it all, and at 99%, I get a windows box error (not an on-screen in DragonSP) that reads:

[code:1]Cannot create file \mod9Dragon\staidx0.mul.

OK
[/code:1]

Any ideas?

Do I have to use DragonSP to freeze it? Could I just stick the mul's and statics in the RunUO dir and freeze the world from RunUO, or is a different type of freeze they are talking about?

Is Dragon the best util around for world creation? Most reading I saw said Dragon and Worldforge (for editing) but most references refer to Sphere or UOX, not RunUO.. And I noticed in the RunUO Utilities area, there are no world building/editing utils in there [/code]

Yes, you must use dragonsp to freeze the map. Your best bet is to visit dragons forums and ask there, you might get a quicker answer.
