Need help with ERRER PLZ HELP - RunUO

I have a problim. Im new

The fiale called,UOAR-2-1-Client,housebuilder_r5,ultima_sdk and RazorB9_Inst, do not run on my pc

. It tells me i have an errer and it give me X the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application. :evil:
That is what it tells me

can some one tell me how to fix this errer, so i can make some cool things
plz post replise. :!: :shock:

That is because all of these programs require the .NET Framework 1.1 runtime to be installed on your system. You can download it from the following link.
