Help with MulEditor - RunUO

Help please. I am kind of new to messing with the art work. I have figured out how to put my own custom stuff in already, yet I need help with one thing. How do I link a piece of artwork with a piece of Gump art?

I already have both peices of matching art, the item art and the gump art. I just can't seem to figure out how to link them so that when a player trys to hold the item it shows the Gump art work. Can someone please help me out, or maybe point me torwards some good guides to help figure this out? Thanks.
