I've been away for a while and was wondering if anyone had made a program yet that:

1.) Was a simple, GUI-Based, program
2.) Allowed the editting of the artwork in Ultima Online (shirts, weapons, items, even land tiles...basically everything, heh)
3.) Did not require much in the way of coding knowledge

Basically, a simple and straight-forward graphics editting program for Ultima Online. Something that would EASILY allow you to change everything.

Anything out there that makes it easier?

I'd like to overhaul everything, but the time involved, in addition to the graphics editting, tends to turn me away from this undertaking...
