Default adding a new monster?

I got the monster from an old verdata, put it in MUO patch program. To check to see if the MUO actually patched it, I went to the UOG cache direcotry, found anim.mul & anim.idx. I opened these in Inside UO and found the monsters

I clicked the monster, looked at its Hex value and put it in a script. For some reason, when I add it in game. ITS Never there! When I try to do different values (for the other monsters) all other monsters show up.. IE: Add monsterA Value and out pops a ogre.

When I did [get body for ogre, he came up 0x1. But when I did [get body ; from my script, it was the right hex number for MY monster but It wasn't there.

Is their another file I have to add something in? Thanks.

Inside UO has always been off, my best suggestion is trial and error to find your new monster.

I opened these files in Mulpatcher as well, you were right it was a different value. However, I used this value and still my monster was not there =/

You might have done it incorrectly..

Are you sure you did everything required to add a new monster?

Im not exactly sure. I could not find a working monster graphic FAQ/Guide.

I've searched on here but haven't found anything that specific. If you could point me a url It would be greatly appreciated.
