Runuo has a powerful statics editing command written into the server itself. You can view Freezing Statics for information on freezing statics.

There is also a command [unfreeze that unfreezes the statics in a box, and its pretty self explantory.

I also recommend checking out UO Architect at www.orbsydia.com. Though the program is designed for building houses, I've found that the extract and build commands are very handy. I can build whole forests and save them if I wish, then rebuild them later. Very handy if your map is still a work in progress, as mine is.

Also, if you want to edit statics when you're not in game, worldforge, from the same site, is very handy.

If you're confused about the commands for editing statics in game, I recommend Pandora's Box. There are certain included abilities in that program that are extremely useful.

Hope these help,
