where can i find a hue editer program?

(the ID#s in that one are screwed up, though. After saving the file I recommend checking in Pandora for the correct ID).

Also, mulbuilder has one: http://mulbuilder.hozyxon.net/

I'm sure there are others, these are just the first three I thought of.
