Default Mulpatcher.exe help please :0

I followed this site but its not helping, am i honestly this stupid that i cannot figure it out?

http://naddel.torderverlorenen.de/Mu...orial_3_en.htm

Hers what i did so far...
i went to Gumps(anim), chose the slot 0xC350, imported a new graphic,
all it was is an Order Shield with text on it... (its a .bmp file)....
i right clicked and chose "Copy existing animation".. when the box pops up to enter
the animation number, i chose 0x246 (thats the animation for a heater shield), i got that using Inside UO but it gives me an error saying "Animtypes do not match"

now what the heck am i supposed to do? I made an attempt at this in March, it pissed me off so bad (i spent literally 4 hours trying to figure it out) that i just quit....

I decided maybe it was just a screwed up version, so i downloaded the newest version today.. and still the same error...

omg im at my whits end. I'm beyond frustrated.

Can soemone please help me? I mean why would i be getting that error?

I also cannot find the little window that says "ANimation ID".. they talk about it in that tutorial.

Steve, look at this. If you follow exactly what it says, it will work.
