Creating maps, Photoshop problem. - RunUO

Just started making my own maps and the problems i'm experienceing is as follows:

Photoshop feathers edges when i use fill tool:

And it also makes my selections bigger with the magic wand even though i've set tollerance 0:

Also all other settings are odd, how exactly do i set up photoshop when editing the bmp files?

Thats because both of these settings have a feather option. Its in the top bar when you select the tool. Turn off Anti-alias. You can see this option checked in your 2nd picture right under view.
