Default Creating Statics

I'm looking for a program that will help me in creating statics, i.e. creating a whole forest so that I don't have to put out each tree by hand with Pandoras Box. Does anyone know about a program that can do this?

If you know XNA (even if its just a little) or are a good artist(2d or 3d) and are interested in making games for a hobby send me a pm or drop by #xna in irc.runuo.com. I'm looking to put together a small game development team.

I tried WorldForge but the problem is that I'm editing map3 and it doesn't seem to want to let me do that, do you know a way around this?

pandoras box has a section for doing that - trees, rocks, etc

can seet it for % to fill
then pick area or box area, etc for doing it in (i use the center tab for it - seams to work best for me lol)

start with small % numbers - even 10% fills in a lot more than people think

in pandoras - tool tab then the random tiler - brings up a new section with it

if it does not work, then have to make sure you have the box server installed also, and pandoras logged in to the server also
(not everything needs this, but a lot does in the tool section)
so if it says something like not logged in or you do not have permission, etc - that is why

I think I could add such a feature to MulEditor. I will think about it and maybe offer a solution this weekend.

Edit: to clarify this a bit: I want to add something that makes placing of trees and similiar situations easier, where more than one tile is involved (in the case of a tree there is the trunk and the leaves)

Thanks for the help everyone. If I can't put in items.wsc, is there another way to copy statics from the normal maps?

the only way wpould be to copy the whole static file over - then the whole list of statics from that map will replace the statics on the other map

Floppy disc
besides adding a static with 2 or more items in it - what it is also looking for is to add randomly to an area a random set of statics
i.e. choose from 25 different trees and in a random 10% of the tiles (forest is 10% woods is 5% etc) place one of those trees (with leaves of course)
and able to do it for rocksm staglagmites, etc
basicaly make up a list of items and then use from that list
pandoras also has it so you can link "id's" together for like the trees & leaves
