Pandoras Box & Vista - RunUO

Been getting reports from a couple of my shards GMs that PB wont work for them on Windows Vista, it installs fine, they get the splash screen, but thats it, the splash screen just stays put and nothing more.

Anyone else with this problem and any ideas on a possible fix?

same problem where with GM's with vista

only fix found so far is remove vista and install xp
vista does not like a lot of things

Seems I found the problem...
The box to select or create a new profile seems to be behind the splash screen, just have to tab across to find it. Though I did get a crash when I selected custom maps during the set up, however if you don't select that, it seems to work.

I wonder why ppl throw everything on vista, its crappy implementation of application what makes it not to work. On XP even crap work cuz its crap itself.

And PB works fine on Vista. The problem is that the profile system sometimes throws prompt screens into places where you can't easily see/reach them. I've experienced this same thing on XP. The profile system is buggy and is responsible for most of the problems people are having.
