x server connecting problem. - RunUO

hey everyone. i finally got Pandora's box to work finally but i am not sure how i did it (maybe has to do with the new windows service pack.) but anyway when i try to connect to box server by hitting the login button under the tools tab. i get a error stating "authentication failed: the supplied credentials are invalid" but it don't even show its connecting through runuo. i have opened port 8035 just for Pandora's box too but that didn't help.

any ideas?

EDIT: sorry for the topic name. my keyboard malfunctioned.
