patching issues when i connect to server

ok i have patched to this server befor i went and wiped my patches and repatched and now i cannot patch i have all the right stuff i have turned off my firewalls and virus scanners and gone threw everything here is my patching error

if you need to know anything els just ask also i have 2 clients on my computer but there in 2 completely different directorys so they shouldnt effect each other i had this problem befor but i cannot remember what i did thanks!
