Pandora and Inside UO +Landscape Tiles

Ok, im trying to add tileid 0x401 which is a transition from dirt to cobblestone in InsideUO under Landscape Tiles, however in runUO it shows up as sandstone stairs.

Is there anyway of adding these landscape tiles ingame? I know i can do it in WorldForge, but I cant see my static building in worldforge either so that makes it kind of rough for getting it perfect. It would be alot easier if there was a way to do it with pandora ingame.


Also on another question, i know you can freeze and unfreeze, but is there anyway of actually melting the statics to the map files, because the map size never changes, but the statics files can get quite large for a download.
