Pandoras box problem - RunUO

I have the same problem as the guy that has the other post Pandora problems, basically I install Pandora's box and when I open it, it looks like it is loading but will not open It shows in the processor tasks but I am unable to find a way to access it, I have tried the suggestion in the other post but it did not work, also I installed it on the pc my server is on and Pandora's box worked fine, it is only on my computer.
