Region Editor and Vista - RunUO

Hi to all! I was trying to make Region Editor by Arya working properly but I can't!

First of all after the setup the program miserably stops with this exception:

CLR error: 80004005

And even if I changed the compatibility settings untill windows95 (!!) the error is still there...

is there anybody that had this problem and know a solution?

I also tried to compile again from sources but it throws an exception and I don't know where to puts my hands in.
