I have already pretty much re-written UO_RICE into a C# console Application with some extra features for Decrypting the client. -The unfortunate thing is that the UO_RICE source code is pretty messy, most comments are in germa, so it's quite hard to figure out exactly what algorithms it uses and where...

The application I am writing is called UO_CERT (UO Client encryption Removal Tool) and source code will be supplied upon deployment, with a small SDK DLL that will enable other developers to search and extract specific client data from the executable file...

What I am looking for now is someone who is capable of helping to decode the binary encryption keys stored in the client, because this is not a one-man-task...

I have the system to decrypt and rebuild the client.exe, i now just need help with algorithms for each client above 507.
