How do I get this to work? - RunUO

The SDK I got doesnt have a Readme. (Not that I usually read them). Im VERY new to RunUO. I have got this SDK thing. I have put it in my scripts folder, but I get the following error. I am sure its going to be a very simple and basic n00blah error, so could someone help me out a bit? (Or a link to somewhere what will help me out.

Errior: Scropts\SDK\ProcessStream.cs: CS0227: (line 7, column 31) Unsafe code may only appear if compiling with /unsafe

What ever that means. Thanks for those who help me.

It doesn't go in your Scripts folder. It's a client-side tool, not server-side.
