SDK question and UO dev question

Can the SDK be used to interact w/ the client (such as searching for items, getting character data, etc...), or is this just stuff I have to retrieve through ReadProcessMemory?

Also, does anyone have a list of any of the memory locations for the UO client or any of the structures? I am really new to this stuff and I'm trying to mess around, but I can't find many resources out on the net.

I have also heard that, with every version, the positions and such change. Do these usually change in a "predictible" way?
