Why make a new one? Learn how to edit the current one. You can set it to gain everytime or hardly ever... Same with stat gains...
This doesnt require a modification since its already built in...

I'm sure a lot of people have them for their shards. I hate to say it, but use Search. If I get around to it tonight, I'll find and post the links for a few threads on how to do it. I think though, that this would be the wrong forum to ask this in. This is for things that will make RunUO closer to the EA version of UO.
