Admin-possessable items

somebody should script a command that allows an admin (or permissable gamemaster) to follow the location of an item and observe it on a whim. instead of giving a player a blessed item, if the item was cursed and intending to be dropped, like a serverbirth artifact, it wouldn't be very helpful to know the last player who had it

Could a script be made for a command which allows admins/or GMs to find an item being worn, such as a powerful serverbirth helmet, which then the admin/GM could 'possess' and talk through? or maybe an item which had a gump feature for a player to click on that silently added a que to a GM/admin. all of this is for roleplaying purposes I suppose
